Information regarding the poster presentations

 

Poster specifications

 

Posters will be displayed on free-standing bulletin boards in portrait/vertical format. We recommend the poster size A0: 84.1 cm (width) x 118.9 cm (height) (33.1 x 46.8 inches).

 

Poster presenters or co-author(s) must be present beside their poster to interact with attendees. Each poster is assigned a number that indicates where it should be mounted. This number will be made available on the SPUDM website when we update the programme mid-August. We recommend preparing a handout explaining the work and having enough copies of it for distribution.

During the conference, the scientific committee will select three posters as the winners of the SPUDM27 poster award.

 

Printing options in Amsterdam

 

Printerette is a good option. One of their branches is located less than 300 metres from the SPUDM venue. Alternatively, Lowie Kopie also has a branch in East Amsterdam. You can get in touch with them via email of phone to enquire about their prices and printing possibilities.
